Qualifications

• Experience supporting leave of absence, disability, accommodations, benefits, HR operations, or related HR service delivery.
• Working knowledge of LoAA processes and return-to-work scenarios.
• Customer-focused with clear, empathetic communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intake and coordination point for LoAA inquiries and case updates.
• Gather information, review documentation, and ensure cases are entered correctly in case management systems.
• Route and distribute cases to Senior LoAA Specialists based on unit and complexity.
• Support simple standard-case work with clearly defined procedures and low risk.
• Provide timely status updates to employees and managers using templates and standards.
• Maintain confidential documentation on leave, disability, accommodation, and return-to-work activities.
• Audit and QA activities related to LoAA, including Workday reconciliations and discrepancies.
• Escalate complex matters to Senior Specialists or management as appropriate.
• Support training for new teammates and knowledge sharing on LoAA processes.
