Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience focusing on leaves and/or workers' comp.
• Knowledge of state and federal leave requirements and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leave of Absence Management from intake to return to work.
• Coordinate employee accommodations and maintain documentation.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and return-to-work planning.
• Support OSHA compliance and health-tracking activities.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on processes.
