Key Responsibilities For The Leave & Benefits Coordinator
- Manage employee leave programs including FMLA, Washington Paid Family & Medical Leave, and related leave administration.
- Coordinate workplace accommodations and oversee the interactive process.
- Monitor leave balances, employee eligibility, return-to-work processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support benefits administration, vendor relationships, open enrollment, and benefit continuation programs.
- Analyze program data and implement process improvements to strengthen service delivery and compliance.
- Develop employee communications and educational resources related to leave, accommodations, and benefits.
Qualifications For The Leave & Benefits Coordinator
- 3+ years of experience administering leaves of absence, accommodations, and employee benefits.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, leave administration, workplace accommodations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
