Nox Group, a growing US construction enterprise, seeks a Leaves Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage daily intake, eligibility reviews for FMLA/ADA/LOA, and coordinate with third-party administrators and payroll to ensure compliant leaves and accurate records.

The role requires 2+ years in HR-related work, strong communication, and excellent organization to handle time-sensitive tasks and educate employees on leave options.

Qualificações

• Two years of HR-related experience required; benefits/leave administration preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
• Well-organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to handle high-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily intake, review documentation, and determine baseline eligibility for FMLA, STD, ADA, LOA, and other programs.
• Process leave requests and approvals via third-party administrators.
• Maintain accurate records and organize documentation.
• Handle weekly leave recoups and coordinate with payroll.
• Serve as primary contact for leave inquiries and deadlines.
• Educate employees on leave options and company guidelines.
• Prepare and edit leave communications and eligibility criteria.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Field Operations on time-off accounting.
• Provide weekly reports on attendance and PTO for leaves.
• Stay current on benefits and leave laws; support enrollment initiatives.
