Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is hiring a Leave Administration Manager in Mettawa, IL, to lead the organization’s leave of absence program and team. You will oversee end-to-end administration of FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability leaves, and related programs, ensuring compliant and employee-focused processes.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors to maintain accuracy in Workday, drive improvements, and deliver a positive employee experience within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, disability management, and leave regulations.
• Experience managing leave processes within Workday or a comparable HRIS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Leave Administration specialists.
• Establish service levels, performance metrics, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
