Qualifications

• Knowledge of employee benefits and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp, state paid leave).

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day leave administration by responding to associate inquiries and maintaining records.
• Collaborates with Benefits Analyst, team members, internal partners, and external vendors.
• Contributes to projects like Maryland Paid Family Leave readiness and Global Leave Hub.
• Ensures timely, accurate delivery of leave and benefits processes.
