Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Benefits Analyst (Leave Administration) to serve as the primary operational contact for leave and benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred: 4+ years in benefits or leave administration in a large corporate environment
• Knowledge of health and welfare plans, leave programs, and vendor-supported services
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave and disability requirements (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp, etc.) and staying current on regulatory changes
• Ability to analyze complex leave issues and develop workable solutions with minimal operational risk

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors activities for a variety of HR programs and conducts analyses to inform program improvements
• Conducts analyses to predict effectiveness of programs in achieving desired results
• Implements and executes effective frameworks for HR projects such as succession planning and talent management
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support leave and benefits administration
