Job summary

T. Rowe Price in the United States is seeking a Benefits Analyst (Leave Administration) to support leave and benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliant, positive associate experiences. This role offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, and a path to contribute to major HR initiatives like Maryland Paid Family Leave readiness and a new third-party leave administrator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, tables, charts, and graphs; experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS and case management platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
• Strong process-execution, analytical, and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver timely results.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local leave and disability requirements (FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors activities for a variety of human resource programs.
• Conducts analyses to predict effectiveness of programs.
• Implements and executes framework for HR projects such as succession planning and talent management.
• Collaborates with peers to develop advisory solutions in support of HR initiatives.
