You will handle inquiries, maintain records, and collaborate with Benefits Analysts, internal partners, and external vendors in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on implementing a new third-party leave administrator, Maryland Paid Family Leave readiness, and developing a Global Leave Hub, while contributing to benefits projects and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in leave administration or employee benefits is preferred.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and state paid leave programs.
• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS and case management systems (Salesforce/ServiceNow).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, formulas, filters, tables, or pivot tables.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs.
• Performs analyses to predict effectiveness of programs.
• Implements HR projects such as succession planning, talent management, coaching, and team structure.
• Applies foundational knowledge to develop advisory solutions supporting HR initiatives.
