Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Leave & Accommodation Specialist to manage employee leave programs, accommodations, and workers’ compensation while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires 3+ years in leave administration, strong FMLA/ADA knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS/leave management systems. Collaboration with TPAs and HR is essential, with focus on accurate records and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in leave administration, accommodations, or workers’ compensation.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS and leave management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee leave programs, accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers and act as liaison with TPAs, HR, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, outcomes, and reporting.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Partner with managers and employees to implement reasonable accommodations.
• Prepare required reports and maintain documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for leave, accommodation, and workers’ compensation inquiries.
• Ensure organizational compliance with federal and state regulations.
