• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to gather information and move matters forward.
• Manage multiple document requests and deadlines with accuracy.
• Organize electronic records and ensure final documents are maintained and accessible.
• Assist with process improvements and maintain templates and standardized language.
• Provide general transactional and administrative support to the legal team.
