Job summary

Nossaman LLP in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Transactional Paralegal to support corporate, real estate and infrastructure transactions across the firm. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of transactional paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate, and California qualification requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Must satisfy California paralegal qualification requirements.
• Minimum of 7 years of transactional paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Significant experience supporting corporate transactions, due diligence, entity formation and maintenance, corporate governance, transaction closings and document management.
• Experience supporting sophisticated real estate transactions; infrastructure procurements or public agency transactions a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF apps and document management systems.
• Willingness to travel off-site and work flexible hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of corporate, commercial, real estate and infrastructure transactions.
• Develop and maintain closing checklists, schedules, binding sets and records.
• Coordinate transaction execution and closing logistics with clients, counsel, title and escrow firms.
• Conduct due diligence reviews; organize data rooms and prepare inventories and reports.
• Draft and organize transaction documents under attorney supervision.
