The candidate will assist the Director of Leasing with requested tasks, pre-review leases, prepare redlines, and coordinate with attorneys on abstracts and critical dates. Responsibilities include maintaining calendars, rent rolls, reports, and tracking lease provisions; handling credit checks, coordinating with lenders, and managing lease-related documents.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in leasing support or related field.
• Ability to coordinate complex tasks under heavy workload and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Aid the Director of Leasing (DOL) with requested tasks.
• Pre-review lease documents and note issues or questions.
• Prepare redlines, issues lists, and other documents as requested.
• Prepare and coordinate with attorneys Lease Abstracts and ensure critical dates are tracked.
• Maintain dates in calendars/spreadsheets for each project by tenant.
• Prepare lease summaries/rent rolls and update with new LOIs or leases.
• Collect and maintain credit information and background checks on tenants.
• Create and maintain leasing reports.
• Track Tenant Exclusives and other lease provisions.
• Prepare Lease Execution Checklist for landlord execution.
• Prepare lease routing emails to Sudberry Team.
• Work with attorneys and DOL on lease negotiations.
• Review and route leasing invoices with DOL.
• Provide due diligence to tenants as needed.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
• Communicate with tenants regarding lease matters.
• Assist with leasing document prep for construction loans.
• Support Project Management with leasing info for loan closings.
• Coordinate SNDA preparation/negotiation and delivery to lenders.
• Provide current leasing materials to DOL, President, and brokers for conferences.
• Review and prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements with DOL and COO.
• Prepare Exclusive Authorizations to Represent and renewals with DOL.
• Update, secure and organize electronic leasing files.
