Adams & Martin Group seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in a sophisticated CRE practice. You will independently manage complex transactions from inception through post-closing, coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel.

Candidates should have 5+ years CRE paralegal experience in a law firm, with strong title review and closing coordination skills. Georgia experience preferred; ABA-approved certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• Preferred certifications include: NALA CP, NFPA RP, Advanced Certified Paralegal with real estate focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from opening through post-closing with attorney oversight.
• Review title commitments, exceptions, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Draft and maintain closing checklists, settlement statements, and closing binders.
