Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent in Las Vegas, NV to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare move-in packages.

You will also implement marketing plans to drive traffic and maintain occupancy, while ensuring a high-quality showing experience. You will use on-site software like OneSite and Yardi to track data, communicate with maintenance, and prepare renewal

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Handling applications, credit checks, and move-in processes.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and manage lease renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease packages.
• Execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prep the leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages and contact renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner inquiries and resolve issues.
