Job summary

Greystar in Henderson, NV is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to drive occupancy and revenue by coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and prepare leases, ensuring a smooth move-in.

You will design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, stay informed about market conditions, and use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and tenant data. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans based on market conditions.
• Uses internet marketing tools to generate traffic and referrals.
• Maintains tenant data in the on-site management system (OneSite/Yardi).
• Supports lease renewals with timely communications and documentation.
• Responds to resident concerns and coordinates resolutions.
