ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease apartments in Horizon West, FL. You will market properties, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms while maintaining excellent resident relations.

You will respond to inquiries, help with move-ins, and support reporting and compliance, working with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals. Weekend shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Conduct property tours and assist residents through move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email and schedule appointments.
• Support with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Explain lease policies to residents and uphold fair housing standards.
• Plan resident events and assist the Property Manager as directed.
• Work weekends at least one to two per month.
