ZRS Management LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant in Jacksonville, FL to attract and screen tenants, conduct tours, and negotiate lease terms for our communities. You will market vacancies, respond to inquiries, prepare lease documents, and assist move-ins while upholding fair housing laws and company policies.

Weekend availability may be required and you will collaborate with the Property Manager. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is expected, along with a valid

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants for vacancies.
• Market properties, conduct property tours, and promote available units.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist residents to ensure smooth move-in and resolve concerns.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with leasing information.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and special reports as directed.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
• Plan and conduct resident functions as needed by management.
• Uphold fair housing practices and company policies; weekend availability as needed.
