Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Advanced skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer skills: Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management; proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and show prospects; process applications and screenings; prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic; manage referrals and outreach programs.
• Monitor market trends, stay current with leasing tools and processes, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee lease renewals and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and timely renewals.
