Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate or finance.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.
Responsibilities
- Supports development projects from pre-development through stabilization.
- Plays a leading role in new development investment originations.
- Maintains a current understanding of macro-economic conditions.
- Prepares and presents materials for internal and external audiences.
- Actively cultivates a growing network of external real estate professionals.
- Contributes to the improvement of internal databases and processes.
