Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Manager, Lease Audit to lead a high-performing audit team, develop processes, and drive substantial savings through strategic settlements and accurate billings. The role reports to Real Estate leadership and collaborates with Legal and Operations.

The position emphasizes data-driven oversight, training, and negotiations to protect Panda's financial interests. Hybrid schedule with benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or real estate is required.
• Minimum five years of lease auditing experience with increasing management responsibility.
• Experience with retail, corporate, or commercial lease agreements.
• Successful completion of initial and periodic trainings.
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is required.

Aufgaben

• Performs at least 200 desktop audits and 10–20 onsite audits of landlords' books and records, reviewing operating expenses for overcharges.
• Communicates with landlords, Operations, and Legal to resolve audit findings and negotiate settlements.
• Gathers lease language, historical payments, and invoices to build audit packages for external auditors; reviews for accuracy.
• Prepares reports and analyzes data to guide Real Estate Legal and Real Estate Managers.
• Makes cost reduction recommendations and identifies issues related to project management.
• Leads and trains the Audit team on leasing and property management operations; supports growth goals.
