Perform Properties is seeking a Leasing professional to negotiate and execute retail leases within our portfolio, with a primary focus on renewal deals and Eastern Region support. This on-site role reports to the SVP of Leasing and collaborates across Legal, Operations, Development, and Asset Management.

The position emphasizes driving occupancy, tenant mix, and portfolio performance, with travel up to 25-50% for broker outreach and site visits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, brokerage, or property management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and basic financial modeling.

Aufgaben

• Support leasing strategy across a portfolio of open-air retail and mixed-use properties to drive occupancy and asset performance.
• Source, identify, and qualify prospective tenants to support a curated tenant mix.
• Assist in negotiating and executing lease transactions including LOIs, new leases, renewals, and amendments.
• Maintain leasing pipeline, CRM systems, and reporting tools to track deal flow and forecasting.
• Coordinate property tours, broker outreach, and tenant presentations to drive leasing activity.
