Job summary

Fairlawn, a Chicago-based real estate company, seeks a Corporate Leasing Manager to drive leasing performance across its multifamily and student housing portfolio. You will establish standards, coach onsite teams, and use data to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Collaborating with Property Management, Asset Management, and Marketing, you will refine pricing, concessions, and lead conversion while leveraging AppFolio and other leasing technologies to deliver a best-in-class leasing experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of multifamily leasing, property management, or related sales leadership experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs or coaching sales professionals.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing performance across conventional and student housing portfolios.
• Establish leasing standards and measure results across communities.
• Coach onsite teams to improve conversion, occupancy, and close ratios.
• Develop strategic action plans for underperforming communities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and funnel performance.
• Audit leasing processes in AppFolio and other systems for consistency.
