Lead Leasing Performance. Develop Sales Talent. Drive Results.
A growing property management company in the Upper Midwest is seeking a Director of Leasing to lead sales and leasing performance across a portfolio of conventional multifamily and student housing communities. This newly created leadership position will oversee both stabilized properties and active lease-ups, with a focus on increasing lease conversions, improving occupancy, and maximizing rental revenue.
This is a hands‑on, sales‑driven leadership role—not a marketing position. The Director of Leasing will coach onsite teams, strengthen closing skills, establish performance standards, and step in to conduct tours and close leases when needed. Working closely with the Director of Operations and Marketing Director, this individual will build a consistent, results‑oriented leasing strategy across the portfolio.
Leadership level: Experienced Leasing Managers, Multi‑Site Leasing Managers, and comparable leasing leaders are encouraged to apply. A previous Director or VP title is not required; demonstrated leadership of a leasing operation is essential.
Take ownership of a newly created Director of Leasing role where you can shape sales strategy, develop high‑performing teams, and directly influence occupancy and revenue across a growing multifamily portfolio.
This is an on‑site position located in the Upper Midwest United States.
