Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an on-site Leasing Manager in Chicago to drive leasing and marketing for an off-campus student housing community. You will collaborate with the property manager to plan events, campaigns, and resident programs that align with the PeakMade brand and help achieve revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.

You will lead leasing staff, deliver excellent customer service, manage tours and renewals, and use social media and Canva to promote the lifestyle at the community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
• Communication skills that foster connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity.
• Passion for helping college students find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead and develop leasing staff; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service as a PeakMade representative.
• Supervise lease-up events, renewal parties, property events and resident programs.
• Give informed property tours to prospects and create value by addressing needs.
• Lease and renew beds/apartments in person, by phone or online.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits.
