Job summary

Fairlawn is seeking a Corporate Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance across conventional multifamily and student housing. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Property Management, you will establish leasing standards, analyze portfolio performance, and coach onsite teams to continually improve results.

You will partner with Marketing, Property Management, and Asset Management to optimize pricing strategies, concessions, occupancy planning, and lead-to-lease conversion, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Property Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of successful multifamily leasing, property management, or related sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to improve leasing performance through coaching, process improvement, and operational leadership.
• Experience developing and delivering training or coaching programs for sales professionals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence without direct supervisory authority.
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software; proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own health and performance of the leasing operation by establishing standards, measuring results, coaching teams, and driving portfolio improvement.
• Analyze portfolio leasing performance to identify opportunities and improve results across metrics.
• Prepare and present regular portfolio leasing performance reports for senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Develop leasing standards, sales processes, and prospect experience for consistent, best-in-class results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Property Management, and Asset Management to optimize pricing, concessions, and occupancy planning.
