Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents, schedule tours, and guide through leasing process.
• Maintain understanding of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Utilize property management software to manage resident information and track leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs and ensure a smooth experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events to foster belonging.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing, social media, and reputation management.
• Maintain records of resident interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
