Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the end-to-end leasing process, from inquiry to lease signing, while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will drive resident retention, engage the community, and use Yardi or RealPage to track applications and leases. The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments professionally, highlighting features appealing to prospects.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through lease process.
• Know the property's features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins/move-outs ensuring a positive experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events to foster belonging.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and online reputation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
