Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments professionally, highlighting features and amenities.

• Use Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs with a positive experience.
• Plan retention programs and community events to foster belonging.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing and social engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive leasing performance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in compliance with laws.
