The ideal candidate has at least two years in leasing or sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi or RealPage.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in leasing or sales roles, preferably multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with minimal infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present community and apartments highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Process applications and leases using property management software.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs and ensure a positive experience.
• Plan resident retention programs and events to foster belonging.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing, social media, and reputation management.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with laws and regulations.
