Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Jose, CA to join a full-time 40-hour workweek and help deliver luxury living experiences. The role requires weekend availability to accommodate peak traffic and tours.

You’ll guide prospects through tours, recommend suitable floorplans, and manage the leasing process from lead to lease, ensuring high-quality service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Take on daily operations of the leasing team at one community.
• Deliver personalized tours and matching floorplans to resident tastes.
• Follow up on leads with tailored updates to convert prospects into residents.
• Support the team in creating a premium living experience for residents.
