Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services seeks a Leasing Consultant in Foster City, CA. The role focuses on greeting prospects, conducting tours, and guiding potential residents from first visit to move-in, delivering welcoming experiences.

The position requires 2+ years in leasing or sales, familiarity with RealPage/Yardi is preferred, and strong communication and math skills for rent calculations and reports. Schedule: Tue–Sat, 9:00am–6:00pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing consultancy or sales experience required.
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of current rental market and marketing experience desired.
• Strong oral and written communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to create reports/documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and communicate features to drive leasing performance.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability and amenities to match prospects with units.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents, delivering exceptional customer service throughout leasing and residency.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and promptness.
• Process leasing applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support outreach and resident retention programs.
