29th Street Property Management in Sacramento is seeking an Experienced Leasing Consultant to support Community Managers with leasing and occupancy across our diverse multifamily properties. You will contribute to marketing efforts, handle inquiries, and help ensure units are tour-ready.

You will also guide applicants through the lease process, maintain resident relations, and collaborate with management to meet occupancy goals while delivering courteous, professional service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers and supervisors.
• Ability to maintain courteous and professional relations with vendors and other service providers.
• Must be honest in time reporting.
• Reliability is a must.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Enter and close work orders.
• First point of contact for all prospects and residents.
• Check vacant units to ensure readiness for tours.
• Upkeep in the model unit and pathway to the model unit.
• Support with marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives.
• Process applications and guide leases to completion.
• Ensure leases are signed and money collected before keys are issued.
