Job summary

Knightvest is seeking a Leasing Professional for our Warwick Apartments in Houston, TX. You will connect prospects with the perfect home, showcase the community, and guide applicants through the leasing journey with an emphasis on exceptional resident experiences.

You will manage tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and support marketing efforts while maintaining accurate records and compliance with housing regulations. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Experience in apartment leasing or property management is a plus.
• Familiar with property management software; OneSite is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of lease terms, Fair Housing, and related regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the Community with engaging tours and highlight features.
• Convert leads by responding promptly via phone, email, text, and platforms.
• Support marketing and leasing traffic through online listings and events.
• Guide prospects through the leasing journey and explain terms clearly.
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences by addressing questions and concerns.
• Maintain show-ready homes and ensure move-in readiness on schedule.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams for smooth operations.
• Keep leasing records organized and ensure Fair Housing compliance.
