The position involves coordinating show-ready homes, collaborating with maintenance and office teams, and maintaining accurate leasing records in property management systems. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with apartment leasing or property management is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of lease terms, Fair Housing, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging property tours, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text and online platforms; follow up with prospects.
• Assist marketing initiatives including online listings and events to drive leasing traffic.
• Guide prospects through the application and leasing process; explain terms clearly.
