Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience.
• Experience with property management software; OneSite is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the community with in-person and virtual property tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Convert leads into residents by promptly responding to inquiries and following up.
• Support marketing and leasing traffic through online listings, social media, events, and outreach.
• Guide the leasing journey by walking prospects through the application and lease process.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by addressing questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain show-ready homes and ensure move-in apartments are prepared on schedule.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to coordinate readiness, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and housing regulations.
