GCI Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Legacy Naples location in Naples, FL. You will showcase our apartment community, guide prospects through the leasing process, and ensure a smooth transition to their new home.

You will tour apartments, respond to inquiries, process applications and leases, perform background checks, and coordinate move-ins and renewals, while supporting the property management team to optimize occupancy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate or a related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct apartment tours, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Assist applicants with applications, leases, and documents.
• Perform background and credit checks on residents.
• Maintain leasing records and resident information.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Address resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Collaborate with management to optimize occupancy and leasing goals.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor pricing.
