Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Agent for our Knoxville community. You will handle leasing, showings, and lead generation, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. reporting to the General Manager, you will manage move-ins, renewals, and tenant relations with a customer‑focused approach.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and property management experience. On-site work in Knoxville, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Experience in property management preferred, especially in university or college housing.
• Familiarity with RealPage, Entrata or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community tours to showcase features and amenities.
• Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process rental applications, collect deposits, and prepare lease agreements per policy and Fair Housing laws.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure a smooth onboarding for residents.
• Maintain leasing records, reports, and commission tracking; support renewal efforts.
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and lead generation to increase occupancy.
