Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive leasing, occupancy targets, and resident satisfaction at the Johnson City property. The role leads leasing staff, coordinates tours, processes applications, and ensures a welcoming, compliant community experience.

You will partner with maintenance and marketing teams to optimize occupancy, retention, and resident engagement, while upholding standards and reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred; with equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential properties or rental operations.
• Entrata experience or similar rental software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented; ability to manage challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, resident retention, and lease renewals to support occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify applicants.
• Process applications, leases, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Coordinate move-in orientations and maintain leasing records.
• Lead marketing and outreach to increase visibility and leasing performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Train and supervise leasing staff to uphold service standards.
• Prepare weekly occupancy and activity reporting.
