Yugo USA LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Cincinnati to lead a thriving student housing community. You’ll drive leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and marketing initiatives while guiding on-site staff toward strong occupancy and revenue growth.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a business-related degree or equivalent, and proficiency with property management software. Equity in a fast-paced, people-first culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Experience running a property, preferably student/university housing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales/marketing focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology and online systems; experience with PM software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet goals and daily responsibilities.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes per policy.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.
• Review financial reports, budgets, occupancy trends and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance and renovations.
