Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent to assist with day-to-day property operations and leasing. You will help maintain occupancy, process rental applications, and support renewal activities while coordinating with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and manage renewals.
• Maintain accurate availability records compatible with renewal reports.
• Approve and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Manage property licenses and renewals in liaison with counsel and the City.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and efficient.
• Investigate and respond to resident concerns and complaints promptly.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports as required.
• Assist in developing and implementing advertising/marketing programs.
• Assist in resident retention program development and implementation.
• Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.
• Answer telephones as needed and perform general administrative duties.
