Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent to support daily property operations and leasing activities. You will help manage availability, process applications, and work with the General Manager to keep occupancy high while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, and a proactive, friendly attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and maintain accurate availability records.
• Process rental applications and present to the General Manager for execution.
• Assist with marketing and advertising programs to position the property in the marketplace.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns/complaints and foster good public relations.
