Capital Square Living in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Living Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective residents, coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, manage move-ins, and support resident satisfaction and renewals, using Yardi and MS Office in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office knowledge.
• Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Desire to excel in a competitive environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and qualify applicants to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages for smooth occupancy.
• Inspect units before move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Use Yardi/onsite software to track availability and tenant data.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and questions.
