Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional to serve as the community’s front-line ambassador, delivering a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents. You will showcase the property, guide prospects through the leasing process, and support resident satisfaction and retention with strong customer service.

The role requires maintaining leasing reports, knowledge of local market trends, and adherence to Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Ability to explain leases and policies clearly.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents to secure new leases.
• Maintain leasing office and model apartments to high standards.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Explain lease terms and move-in documentation accurately.
• Monitor local rental market and adjust leasing strategies.
• Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly leasing reports.
