Job summary

You will also support resident satisfaction, retention, and community success by delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining model apartments, and staying informed about local market conditions and leasing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and property management software.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to handle formal complaints and elevate them to the appropriate manager.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• If job duties require a vehicle, maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents; present the features and benefits to secure new leases.
• Professionally handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Explain lease agreements, policies, and procedures to new residents.
• Coordinate move-in dates and verify documentation with the Community Manager.
• Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports.
• Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and monitor rental rates.
• Build relationships with local businesses and referral sources.
• Support renewal efforts and resident events to promote retention.
