TRG Management, a premier property management company, seeks a Leasing Consultant for a new lease-up in West Palm Beach, FL. You will partner with the property management team to deliver outstanding resident service and manage the leasing process from application to move-in.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in customer service or hospitality, and experience with MS Office. Onsite work, competitive salary, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• A strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate is preferred.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants and explain terms, layouts, and amenities.
• Escort prospects to model units and collect security deposits.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, and update availability reports.
• Schedule move-ins, coordinate with property team, and ensure unit readiness.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain excellent resident relations.
• Monitor market trends and maintain competitive property comparisons.
