Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations or training within 90 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Showcase the community with in-person and virtual tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms and build relationships with prospective residents.
• Assist with property marketing initiatives and traffic to attract applicants.
• Walk prospects through the application and leasing process and explain lease terms clearly.
• Provide outstanding service to current and prospective residents and resolve concerns.
• Maintain show-ready homes and coordinate move-ins and turnarounds.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep leasing records organized and ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards.
