Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a 108-unit community. You will greet prospects, tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales skills, and a customer-first approach. Responsibilities include inspecting units, tracking occupancy trends, and implementing marketing plans to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; tech-savvy; proven sales abilities.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications and screenings, prepare lease packages, and facilitate move-ins.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to maintain occupancy and drive sales results.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, and use online tools to generate leads.
