Responsabilités

• Welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, and leasing apartments.
• Maintaining model and target apartments to showcase appeal.
• Preparing and managing lease agreements with timely signatures.
• Assisting Property Manager in marketing efforts and ensuring materials are current.
• Creating and managing daily online marketing campaigns, including Craigslist and other platforms.
• Monitoring curb appeal and supporting resident relations to ensure quality living.
