Job summary

Goldmark Property Management Inc is seeking a Leasing Specialist at Lake Crest to deliver exceptional resident experiences through active engagement in marketing, showing, and leasing. You will coordinate with teams to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction.

This on-site role emphasizes customer service, timely communication, and relationship-building with residents, owners, and colleagues across the property. A strong sales mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance.
• Experience in property management preferred, but not required.
• NALP certification desirable.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Self-driven with time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the property and apartments to prospective residents and close the sale.
• Manage leasing and renewal process from start to finish per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Conduct property, building, and apartment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Daily use of CRM to document communications and build resident relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams as needed.
• Advertise and market properties daily using social media and other platforms.
• Build long-term relationships by addressing requests and referring to management or maintenance.
